It is better if you can join as a family to our club.
I believe you have to buy a licence to race at archerfield, does the owner of archerfield have insurance like MA,with MA if you have a licence you are covered by insurance,DOES ARCHERFIELD HAVE THIS!!!!
RACE LICENCE; senior and junior : $175.00 full year licence
ONE DAY LICENCE;senior and junior$ 45.00
TRACK FACILITY'S THE BEST IN QUEENSLAND.
RIDERS NUMBERS MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE IN QLD
PIT AREA ;THE BEST IN QLD
OUT GRID THE BEST IN QLD
For the cost of joining our club and buying a licence and riding at the best track around and having people to ride against , i don't think it is very expensive i reckon |
Darrin, with regards to your comments about Archerfield, there is no licence fees charged and our INSURANCE IS WITH ONE OF THE MOST REPUTABLE COMPANIES IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY.
I am pleased to hear you have the best facility in Queensland along with the best of everything else. Only a few months ago I heard another group boasting the same thing at Willowbank and they NO LONGER EXIST.

I would like to say ,John i back you 100% on your posting.Barry what does your insurance cover.
It is a shame the trouble makers have put a bad taste on pocket bike racing at Archerfield as we liked coming down there to race.
cheers Darrin. ps;Barry you have a good track there as well as bundy's. _________________ Ultimate Micro Superbikes,We are a dealer for all PBU Billet Alloy products from the U.S.A, Ums Racing Engines, suppler of SQ a/cooled ,w/cooled bikes.importer of all parts from China &U.S.A.

Darrin I started this post under "Lets Bring The Fun Back" and you asked me if we were coming up for your weekend and I said it was just too expensive for us for just one weekend. I was not saying anything bad about Bundaberg why are you now trying to cause trouble here. no one else said anything about our track.
If you have any questions about Archrfield can you just ring Barry on (07)38000858 _________________ Sam Phillips

John,
It is good to hear from you. As track operators it is our job to supply competitors with a venue and to conduct competition in a safe and professionally managed environment.
I believe it also to be the responsibility of all parents and competitors to act in a professional manner and set an example for their children.
Regrettably not only in our sport but also many others, it is the children who often set the best example. In our case, over the past couple of years there has been a minority group of parents who have acted well bellow the standard that is required of them. This has resulted in their children being deprived of competing in regular competition at Archerfield. Management will continue to do their job and it’s to be hoped that parents realize they need to act responsibly.
With new competitors coming on board each meeting, we are now enjoying peace and harmony once again.
Hope to see you and the kids back at the track soon.
Regards,
BARRY |

You know what, I had the best time that I have had in a long time the last Saturday I rode.
Sam #26 we have got to get the motards out again.
How scary was the moment I had on the 4th corner
(Sam #26 was right up my tail and I hit the throttle hard out of the corner and being on knobbys the back wheel was right out sideways and Sam #26 and I are looking at each other like $h!#. I managed to straiten the bike up and then we both go down to gear 1 and look at each other shaking our heads)
I also had a ball with Dylan Jewell I had a great time keeping him behind me Sadly that lasted for around 5 laps then he got past and started pulling away oh well
HaHa Good Times
Wish I could ride more often
( Try getting my parents down there ) |

Sam, i am only telling you from a visitors point, why people have are not going to Archerfield.
I think the track is great and good spectators viewing as well.
I think maybe you guys should race every 3 weeks , familys could afford to ride then, and the sport will hopfully pick up.Maybe if some of you guys race up here and that might incourage our members to race down there.
Do you guys have a club .
Maybe Archerfield could turn to get there track MA.
I think alot of poeple down at Archerfield are against MA,but it seems to be working up here, maybe you guys can try it.
I have a 6 member race team that are racing ,and they would luv to come down to Archerfield .but the numbers aren't there, hopfully it will pick up ,what ever way you guy's go ,good luck .

I am very keen!
But I wont have time to get to the bike this week, will it be ok to race as you saw it yesterday, just with fairings fitted?
It is way slower down the straights than the one you guys lent me, it runs out of puff before the half way mark lol, but still seemed to go ok, it would be good to gear it up to give it a bit better speed, is that something that is quick and easy to do, and are there different rear sprockets I can get? _________________ USED SLICKS FOR SALE CHEAP - email: sbkracer AT gmail.com for details.

Thanks Sam, I will try to call him tomorrow night if I get more time, I was at a meeting tonight at QLD Raceway and haven't been home long.
Looking forward to this race! _________________ USED SLICKS FOR SALE CHEAP - email: sbkracer AT gmail.com for details.
