ARCHERFIELD NEWS 15/2/09
Even though we had to reschedule our twilight meeting to Sunday due to rain, I was pleasantly surprised to see a good roll up of competitors. What was encouraging was the number of new riders coming on board – not just juniors but seniors as well. I have in the past, spoken about the rebirth of Pocket Bike Racing and perhaps we are witnessing that now.
Single points for yesterday’s meeting was decided by the toss of the coin. Results for all categories, along with some photos are attached to this newsletter and more photos can be viewed on the track website at

Round three of our current series will be run on March 1st and we hope you can make it along.
New calendars will be available next Saturday at the track. You will see that we have added three Enduro Races throughout the year.
Lap scorers have advised that most of the riders have the correct numbering format on their machines. Those who do not comply will be advised at the next meeting and given one meet to comply. The correct size and coloured numbers are available at the track.
