That's right, TV show 'The Shak' will be at Lakeside Raceway on the 5th of April..

They will be there to film between 1 pm and 4pm.. They are filming to produce a segment for the show.. They are doing so to promote Minimoto and what better place to do it than at Lakeside..

The show is aired primetime at 11am on Saturday mornings.. The presenter is going to be 'Nitro'.. Nitro will be riding amongst us on the day.. They are calling for jnr and snr riders for the filming..

Now the best part.. It is totally free of charge to all with an AASA license.. Those without a license can still pay for the day or yearly license on the day, then ride for free for the 4 hrs..

It is going to be a totally informal fun day, so bring your bikes and big smiles..
This day of filming falls in between our sheduled race calendar. But the main track will also be in use on the same day, so once again huge crowds.. People are welcome to get to Lakeside from 9.30am(I think that's about the time they kick off), spend the morning watching the cars, then head over to our track and start to set up from around 12 noon..
There will still be a rider briefing, this will take place at 12.45 pm, then 'tracktime' begins at 1.00pm..

Some time ago Channel 9's 'The Shak' came to Lakeside Raceway to film for two segments on the show.. Everyone had a blast including 'Nitro' who was riding amonst us..

We will be on TV on the 21st May (Thursday) at 4.00pm..
