ARCHERFIELD NEWS 24th MAY.
The weather certainly played havoc with us over the past week. Saturday morning practice was a non event except for a handful of dedicated competitors and Sunday wasn’t much better. A lot of people missed Round 2 believing it to be a non event but only a few light showers interrupted racing. Racing got underway on time and with only forty events to get through, we were all done by 2.30pm. How nice it was to get home before dark for a change!
The final round of our ‘Three Round Series’ is set to be run on Sunday 7th June. We are, however, trying to bring this meeting forward to Saturday 6th and for it to be run as a twilight meet that will start at 3.00pm and finish around 9.00pm. Stay in touch as we will announce the outcome as soon as we can.
Pro Dirt Imports will be re-locating its bike and parts operation to the race track and hopefully, will be operational within the next month. Both Chinese and Euro parts will be available at the track.
Hope to see everyone for Round 3.
